Crowdfunding Refunds
We can refund you within 14 days of the campaign’s end. After that, we are planning to begin pre-production and cannot offer any refunds. If using a payment method that allows for the pledge to be paid over time, the pledge must be fully paid before a refund can be processed. Any crowdfunding fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. For late backers, we can issue refunds within 7 days of your credit card being charged. If a component cannot be delivered AT ALL, we'll refund that completely, including fees. This project is being funded in USD and any refunds processed will be in USD for the exact amount received in USD, excluding any applicable fees depending on the time of the refund being processed. Damaged product will be replaced or refunded, at our discretion, based on current inventory.
DIGITAL FILES
All digital files are for personal use only.
You cannot use the work (or derivatives) for commercial purposes. This includes not being able to print the files into physical objects and sell them.
If you modify, change, or build upon the material, you cannot distribute modified versions.
Under this agreement, you can download and print the files for personal use but cannot modify them, redistribute them, or use them commercially.

1. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all STL, OBJ, 3MF, and other digital assets, files, models, sculpts, layouts, artwork, and related materials provided by Monster Fight Club, LLC (“MFC”) (collectively, the “Digital Files”).
All Digital Files are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Certain Digital Files may depict or incorporate intellectual property licensed to Monster Fight Club, LLC by third-party rights holders. Ownership of such underlying intellectual property remains with the respective rights holders. Monster Fight Club, LLC retains ownership of the original digital assets, sculpts, layouts, and associated proprietary content created by it.
All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by Monster Fight Club, LLC and applicable rights holders.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Monster Fight Club, LLC grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Digital Files solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license permits the purchaser to:
Download and store the Digital Files;
Print physical copies for personal use only, including utilizing a third-party commercial 3D printing service solely to produce physical copies for the purchaser’s private use, provided the purchaser takes reasonable steps to ensure such third party does not retain, distribute, or reuse the Digital Files after production; and
Make personal modifications for private use only.
No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
Commercial Exception
If the Digital Files were acquired under an authorized “Merchant Tier,” “Commercial License,” or separate written commercial agreement explicitly issued by Monster Fight Club, LLC, including but not limited to official crowdfunding campaigns, authorized merchant programs, or approved retail/commercial partnerships, the terms of that separate commercial agreement shall supersede any conflicting personal-use restrictions contained herein.
3. RESTRICTIONS
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Monster Fight Club, LLC, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
Selling, licensing, sublicensing, renting, leasing, distributing, or transferring the Digital Files;
Selling or commercially distributing physical prints derived from the Digital Files;
Uploading or sharing the Digital Files on websites, cloud storage systems, torrent sites, file-sharing services, subscription services, marketplaces, crowdfunding platforms, print-on-demand services, AI datasets, virtual tabletop platforms (including but not limited to Tabletop Simulator via Steam Workshop), virtual reality/avatar platforms, blockchain systems, NFT marketplaces, or similar distribution systems;
Uploading, importing, or utilizing the Digital Files, their 3D geometry, or derivatives within virtual environments, video games, video game modifications (mods), or spatial computing applications for redistribution, public sharing, commercial use, or inclusion within distributed software packages;
Redistributing modified or derivative versions of the Digital Files;
Commercial manufacturing or mass production using the Digital Files;
Using the Digital Files for commercial services or commercial production;
Reverse engineering, extracting, repackaging, or attempting to recreate source assets from the Digital Files;
Removing copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks, or proprietary markings;
Using the Digital Files, their geometry, derivative works, or physical objects/prints derived from them for machine learning, artificial intelligence training, fine-tuning, generative AI systems, dataset generation, 3D scanning reconstruction, or automated analysis purposes without prior written permission from Monster Fight Club, LLC;
Using the Digital Files or derivative assets in connection with NFTs, tokenized assets, blockchain-based ownership systems, or similar decentralized digital ownership technologies.
Permission to access the Digital Files does not grant any right to reproduce, commercially exploit, or distribute them in any form.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, installing, or using the Digital Files, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Digital Files.
5. USER ELIGIBILITY
You represent and warrant that:
You are at least eighteen (18) years of age; and
You possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
6. UNAUTHORIZED ACQUISITION
Obtaining the Digital Files through unauthorized means, including but not limited to torrent sites, file-sharing platforms, unauthorized cloud links, copied storage devices, or unauthorized third parties, constitutes a violation of this Agreement and may infringe federal and international copyright laws.
Any person in possession of unauthorized copies must immediately:
Cease all use of the Digital Files; and
Permanently delete all unauthorized copies from their possession or control.
Monster Fight Club, LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and pursue enforcement through DMCA takedowns, marketplace complaints, account suspension requests, civil litigation, and other remedies available under applicable law.
At its sole discretion, Monster Fight Club, LLC may choose to offer a legitimate license to individuals who voluntarily report unauthorized distribution sources.
7. TERMINATION
This license automatically terminates upon violation of any provision of this Agreement.
Upon termination, the user must immediately:
Cease all use of the Digital Files;
Destroy or permanently delete all copies of the Digital Files; and
Cease distribution of any unauthorized derivative or redistributed materials.
Termination of this Agreement does not limit Monster Fight Club, LLC’s right to pursue additional legal remedies.
8. REFUND POLICY
All sales are final unless otherwise determined in writing by Monster Fight Club, LLC.
Monster Fight Club, LLC reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed by Monster Fight Club, LLC.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monster Fight Club, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Digital Files, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, hardware damage, printer malfunctions, or production failures.
Monster Fight Club, LLC’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable Digital Files.
The Digital Files are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. ENFORCEMENT
Monster Fight Club, LLC reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Violations of this Agreement may result in:
Revocation of license rights;
Removal requests and DMCA takedowns;
Marketplace enforcement actions;
Civil claims for damages, injunctive relief, attorney’s fees, and costs; and
Other remedies available under applicable law.
Willful commercial infringement may expose violators to additional penalties under applicable law.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
12. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. NO WAIVER
Failure by Monster Fight Club, LLC to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
14. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Monster Fight Club, LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time.
The most current version of this Agreement shall be made available through Monster Fight Club’s Legal Information Page.
Continued use of the Digital Files after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
