Problems with the Online Store

If you are having trouble purchasing through the Monster Fight Club web store or have a problem with your order, please email Customer Service at Enter “Online Store” in the subject line, and include a screen capture and/or a detailed description of the issue and any error messages you are receiving. Don't forget to add your order number, name, the email address you are using to make the order, and your complete mailing address. 

One of our Customer Service Monsters will get back to you as soon as possible. Including the right details will help speed things along.

Replacement Products

If you have received a product from us and are missing a component or have a miscast or broken piece, follow the above instructions and add the location where you made your purchase. Pictures of your product and its packaging will also be helpful.

Filing a Claim with Shipinsure

If you need to file a claim with ShipInsure, you can do so through their Resolution Center. Their staff is very friendly, supportive and efficient.
