Shipping policy
PLEASE NOTE: order processing times are separate from shipping times you may see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
*This excludes shipping for retailer and/or distributor orders. These are dependent on the size of the order, and the quantities requested and available.
Monster Fight Club cannot be held responsible for delays due to a high volume of orders or delivery service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling over $150 USD within the contiguous United States.
International Shipping
International shipping IS available. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please be aware that people in different regions of the world may receive their packages sooner than others due to the logistics of international shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which can be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Monster Fight Club is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Checking on Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@monsterfightclub.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Monster Fight Club will ship to domestic Post Office boxes within the United States.
