Monster Fight Club Kickstarter and Crowdfunding Campaigns

Refunds for pledges and purchases made through crowding will only be honored within 7 days of your card being charged. A 10% processing fee will be applied to all approved refunds.

All projects are funded in USD, and any refunds will be processed in USD for the exact amount received, excluding any applicable fees at the time the refund is issued.

After 7 days from your card being charged, all sales are final.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at customerservice@monsterfightclub.com to request a replacement. Damaged products will be replaced or refunded—at our discretion—based on current inventory.

If a component cannot be delivered at all, it will be fully refunded, including any associated fees.

These terms do not supersede any specific terms stated on any campaign. By making a pledge or late pledge, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to all of Monster Fight Club's crowdfunding terms.

By pledging, you agree that any transactions are governed by the laws of the United States. International backers are responsible for compliance with their local consumer laws. By completing your pledge, you waive any statutory consumer refund rights not explicitly granted within these terms.

If you do not accept a project's terms, please do not pledge.

By pledging to a crowdfunding project, you acknowledge that the final look, materials, and content of the rewards (and the project) are subject to change and may differ substantially from what is presented while the project was active.

Notifications via email will be sent to the email address associated with your crowdfunding account. Please ensure that your email spam filters are adjusted accordingly so that key emails are properly received. If you use an alternate means of accessing crowdfunding like Apple ID, please contact us and provide us with an accessible email for pledge correspondence.

If you do not log in and confirm your pledge within 8 weeks of our notification via email (or the closing of the pledge manager) to confirm your pledge, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for payment or donations received. At our discretion, if you contact us and confirm your pledge after the 8-week window has elapsed, we may be able to ship your pledge. We may, also at our discretion, reach out to backers who have not confirmed their pledges and work with them to do so at the best our ability.

Unconfirmed pledges make it difficult for us to plan production and logistics and may lead to project delays which could impact your fellow backers. For projects we do not intend to allow this to happen, which may mean if you confirm your pledge too late, exclusive items may not be produced in sufficient quantity for your pledge.

Once your pledge is confirmed and shipping paid, you agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your order as entered into our pledge manager system, that title and risk passes to you upon delivery via a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities.

You are also responsible for providing correct address information and ensuring that the address is deliverable by normal methods. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Rewards returned as “Undeliverable” will be held, and you will be contacted via email to inform you of the return. At our discretion, we may require additional shipping payment if the reward must be reshipped.

While BackerKit or other pledge managers may refer to late pledges as a “pre-order,” it is in fact a late pledge—an extension of our Crowdfunding campaigns. By late pledging, you are joining the original campaign after its close and are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as all other backers.

Late Pledges not a standard retail transaction. Late pledges are made in support of a crowdfunding campaign and may involve longer lead times, variable delivery dates, and evolving product development. By proceeding with a pledge, you acknowledge that this is part of a crowdfunding process, not a conventional e-commerce purchase.

Late Pledges Are Treated Like Campaign Pledges

BackerKit and other late pledge managers are an extension of our campaign and subject to the same terms:

• Refunds are only available within 7 days of your payment being processed. After this point, your order enters production and cannot be refunded.
• Final contents, product designs, and delivery dates may change.
• Shipping responsibility, including accurate address and import duties, lies with the backer.
• Some items—particularly campaign-exclusive content—may not be available if your pledge is confirmed after our production deadlines.

We encourage all late backers to review the full Terms and Conditions of their specific crowdfunding campaign before pledging. These are publicly available in each crowdfunding campaign.
