Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Pre-Orders are not eligible for return or cancellation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of delivering your order.
The purchaser is responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
Additionally, all returns will incur a 12% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, these include final sale products and custom products, such as special orders or personalized items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure an easy exchange is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A restocking fee of 12% will be deducted from the refund amount.

Crowdfunding Refunds
We can refund you within 14 days of the campaign’s end. After that, we are planning to begin pre-production and cannot offer any refunds. If using a payment method that allows for the pledge to be paid over time, the pledge must be fully paid before a refund can be processed. Any crowdfunding fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. For late backers, we can issue refunds within 7 days of your credit card being charged. If a component cannot be delivered AT ALL, we'll refund that completely, including fees. This project is being funded in USD and any refunds processed will be in USD for the exact amount received in USD, excluding any applicable fees depending on the time of the refund being processed. Damaged product will be replaced or refunded, at our discretion, based on current inventory.
