Objective

Monster Fight Club is committed to supporting the growth and development of youth gaming clubs and programs by making our products more accessible and affordable for educational purposes.

Program Benefits

Eligible recipients will have access to Monster Fight Club products at a 60% discount off the retail price, plus applicable shipping costs. To help keep costs as low as possible, most products may, at our discretion, be sent without retail packaging.

Eligibility

Verification will require proof of affiliation with an established host organization, such as a letter from a school administrator, club advisor, tax exemption certificate, or other official documentation.

Host Organization Requirements

A host organization facilitates the establishment and operation of gaming within their community. To qualify as a host organization, the entity must meet the following criteria:

• Connection to Youth and Education: Directly engages with youth populations, such as through schools, libraries, community centers, churches, or youth organizations.
• Capability to Support Club Activities: Provides a safe and appropriate space for club meetings and gameplay, along with necessary resources such as tables, chairs, and storage for materials.
  
• Oversight and Accountability: Appoints a designated representative (e.g., teacher, librarian, or community leader) to oversee club activities, act as the program’s point of contact, and ensure responsible use of materials.
• Alignment with Program Goals: Shares the mission of fostering creativity, teamwork, and strategic thinking through gaming.
• Access to Verification and Permissions:
  • Can provide documentation of legitimacy (e.g., proof of school or organization status).
  • Manages guardian permissions and age waivers as needed.
• Collaboration for Promotion: Agrees to participate in promotional aspects of the program, including submitting media of club activities while safeguarding players’ privacy.

Shipping Policy

• All shipments must be delivered directly to the verified address associated with the host organization. Residential addresses are not accepted for submission.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and shipment method, and the discount provided does not cover these costs. The recipient is responsible for the shipping costs.
• Products and shipping costs are to be paid in full prior to the fulfillment of any requested items. 
• Monster Fight Club is not responsible for any damages caused during transit.

Liability Disclaimer

Monster Fight Club will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of our products outside of the recommended age range or proper usage. It is the sole responsibility of the designated representative to:

• Ensure that parental or guardian consent has been obtained for players outside the recommended age range to participate.
• Oversee the appropriate and safe use of these products in the host setting.

Media Submission Requirement

Participation in the Monster Fight Club Youth Gaming Assistance Program requires the designated representative to submit photos or videos of their group or club using Monster Fight Club products. This media will be used for promotional purposes in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Submission Requirements: The designated representative must provide at least one photo or video showing their gaming club in action, including players and the designated representative engaging with Monster Fight Club products.
• Privacy Protection:
  • To ensure privacy, submitted media must:
  • Avoid showing clear, identifiable faces of players, unless otherwise allowed by parents or guardians.
  • Use group shots, angled views, or other methods to obscure identities.
• Permission and Responsibility:
  • The designated representative is responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions from parents, guardians, or members of consenting age before submitting any media.
  • The representative must ensure submitted materials comply with the host organization’s privacy policies and consent requirements.
• Promotional Use:
  • Submitted media will be used by Monster Fight Club for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website features, newsletters, or marketing campaigns.
  • Monster Fight Club reserves the right to edit or adapt submitted media while maintaining privacy standards.
    

Terms and Conditions

• The discount offered applies only to Monster Fight Club products purchased directly from Monster Fight Club.
• Products purchased through the Youth Gaming Assistance Program are intended solely for use in educational or youth club settings and may not be resold or used for personal gain.
• Monster Fight Club reserves the right to amend, discontinue, or revoke access to the Youth Gaming Assistance Program at any time.
• The designated representative will be responsible for overseeing the use of Monster Fight Club products within the group, club, or program setting.
• By participating in this program, the host organization and its designated representative acknowledge and accept full responsibility for these conditions.

• Submit a completed application form along with the official verification documentation using the form below:

• Include the following documentation:
  • Proof of affiliation with a host organization
  • A brief description of the club or program and how Monster Fight Club products will be utilized.
• Upon approval, a brief meeting may be scheduled to discuss the group or club’s needs and the best suitable products we can offer. The designated representative will be able to coordinate with our Community and Customer Service Teams to access discounted pricing.
