Objective

Monster Fight Club values the power of enthusiastic reviews and influencers to spread awareness and excitement about our products. This policy outlines the process and requirements for influencers, content creators, and product reviewers requesting complimentary or discounted review copies of our products.

Eligibility

Content Creators must meet the following criteria to qualify for review copies:

  • Content Focus: Your content must align with tabletop gaming, RPGs, miniature painting, modeling, terrain building,or similar hobbies.
  • Content Quality: High-quality content showcasing creativity, authenticity, and professionalism.
  • Platform Requirements:
    • Active presence on at least one platform, such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Facebook, or a personal blog.
    • Demonstrated active engagement with your audience, such as regular comments, likes, shares, or interactions that show meaningful audience involvement.
    • Minimum follower/subscriber count:
      • Main Social Media Account: 10,000+ subscribers or followers.
      • Secondary Social Media Account: 5,000+ subscribers or followers.
      • Blogs: Consistent posting history with at least 2,000 monthly visits. Visual metrics must be provided.

  • Engagement Metrics: In order to qualify for a review copy, we ask Content Creators to provide details about their active engagement across platforms. Please provide the following metrics when submitting your application.

    • Social Media:
      • Total number of subscribers or followers.
      • Average engagement rate (e.g., likes, comments, shares) per uploads, streams, or posts.
      • Frequency of uploads, streams, or posts.
    • Blogs:
      • Average monthly visitors
      • Average comments or reader interactions per post
      • Frequency of blog posts
    • General Engagement: A brief description of how you interact with your audience (e.g., through comments, live chats, polls, etc.).

Content Guidelines:

  • Create and publish a review or feature of the product within 30 days of receiving it (unless otherwise agreed upon).
  • Tag and credit Monster Fight Club in your posts, using our official handles and hashtags.

  • Include a link to our website or product page in video descriptions, posts, or blogs.
  • Content for advance copies may not be published prior to release date.

Disclosure:

Adhere to FTC guidelines by clearly stating that the product was provided by Monster Fight Club for review purposes.

Rights and Usage:

By participating, you grant Monster Fight Club the right to share and promote your review content on our social media channels, website, and other marketing platforms, with appropriate credit given to you.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee approval for a review copy.

  • Monster Fight Club reserves the right to deny applications or discontinue participation at any time.

  • Monster Fight Club reserves the right to determine the discount offered to influencers on a case-by-case basis, based on factors such as platform reach, engagement metrics, and alignment with our brand values.

  • Monster Fight Club reserves the right to request payment for shipping fees, especially for international shipments.

  • Review copies are for personal use only and may not be resold.

Terms and Conditions

  • Any discounts offered apply only to Monster Fight Club products purchased or provided directly from Monster Fight Club.

  • Products purchased or provided are intended solely for use in product reviews and feature content and may not be resold or used for personal gain.

  • Monster Fight Club reserves the right to amend, discontinue, or revoke access to product review discounts.

  • Content Creators are responsible for overseeing the proper use and promotion of Monster Fight Club products in accordance to the terms outlined here.

  • By participating in this program Content Creators acknowledge and accept full responsibility for these conditions.

  • Submit an Application: Complete by following the link below:

  • Evaluation Period: Monster Fight Club will review your application as promptly as possible. Approved reviewers will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. Please note that the evaluation timeline may vary depending on the volume of applications received.

  • Orientation: Selected reviewers will be able to partner with our Community and Customer Service teams to access discounted pricing and promotional products. Selected reviewers will receive guidance, materials, and an overview of the program's expectations and opportunities. Selected reviewers will also be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement upon approval.
