Objective
The Monster Fight Club Fixers Program is designed to enlist passionate fans and community leaders as brand ambassadors to help grow and engage the Monster Fight Club community. Fixers play a vital role in promoting our games, organizing events, and building excitement among players.
Eligibility
To become a Fixer, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Passion for Monster Fight Club Products:
- Have enthusiasm and familiarity with our games and products.
- Own a Cyberpunk RED: Combat Zone core game and have painted all models in both the Tyger Claw and Maelstrom starter gangs to an acceptable tabletop standard.

Community Involvement:
- Active participation in local and/or online gaming communities, such as organizing game nights, attending conventions, or running events.
- Regularly engage with local retailers, clubs, and events in order to run demos, provide additional product knowledge, and actively promote Monster Fight Club products.
- Can show they have already held previous Monster Fight Club events or demos.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with diverse audiences, explain rules, and promote products effectively.

- Join Monster Fight Club’s Discord server
- Optional- Active on social media, forums, or other platforms
- Commitment to the Program: Willingness to represent Monster Fight Club in a positive and professional manner.
Program Benefits

Exclusive Access:
- Early access to knowledge of new products in the works, beta testing, and exclusive content.
- Access to a catalog of vaulted items.

Recognition:
- Assigned role in Monster Fight Club’s Discord server.
- Acknowledgement and credit on applicable social media posts.

Event Support:
- Work with our Community and Customer Support teams to access resources and materials to help run events and promote Monster Fight Club games.
- When given enough notice and information, events will be promoted on Monster Fight Club channels to help build attendance.
Responsibilities

Regularly organize events, run demos, and showcase games at stores, conventions, or community spaces.

Fixers are required to host at least one event per month.

- Event details must be submitted to Monster Fight Club at least three weeks prior for event promotion.
- Fixers are required to take and share photos of their events in action.
- The number of players and relevant event results, such as number or demos run, tournament participants and results, etc must be shared after the event.
- Fixers must use official MFC models when demoing or promoting our games. The use of proxies, such as Hero Forge figures or non-MFC 3D prints, is strictly prohibited.
- When running MFC events, Fixers must ensure that all players use official MFC figures. Players may also use printed PDFs obtained directly from MFC or through authorized distribution channels, such as Wargame Vault. The use of proxies in official play events is strictly prohibited.

Engage with the Community:
- Actively participate in gaming communities such as online forums, social media, game clubs, events, or other opportunities to answer questions, provide inspiration, and encourage others to join the Monster Fight Club community.

Provide Feedback:
- Share insights from the community, event reports, and suggestions to help Monster Fight Club improve and grow.

Be a Positive Representative:
- Uphold Monster Fight Club's values and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Community Conduct & Neutrality
Fixers are expected to create inclusive and welcoming environments when representing Monster Fight Club. During game demos, events, or public activities under the Fixer banner:

Fixers must remain neutral in tone and discourage political, religious, or other non-pertinent or potentially confrontational discussions or commentary during events.

Events and community interactions should focus solely on gameplay, hobby enjoyment, and shared enthusiasm for Monster Fight Club products.
- Fixers are expected to model respectful behavior and help foster a positive experience for all participants, regardless of background or belief.
This policy helps ensure that our events are open, enjoyable, and focused on gaming for all attendees.
Content Sharing Policy
- Authorized Distribution Only: Fixers are not permitted to distribute any media, digital files, or proprietary content (including rulebooks, artwork, downloadable content, or other materials) that is not already freely available without prior authorization from Monster Fight Club.
- Fair Use Guidelines: Screenshots or images of Monster Fight Club products can be shared under fair use, provided they are not altered or misrepresented, and credit is given to Monster Fight Club.
- Community Sharing: Fixers may share Monster Fight Club’s official posts, announcements, and promotional materials directly from approved Monster Fight Club platforms.

Reporting Unauthorized Content:
- Fixers are encouraged to report any unauthorized sharing or distribution of Monster Fight Club content they come across in the community.
- Fixers are not permitted to create and distribute materials (physical or digital) using MFC properties without authorization. This includes the use of our logos, imagery, and other assets.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
- Monster Fight Club reserves the right to deny applications or discontinue participation at any time.
- Monster Fight Club reserves the right to determine any rewards or compensation offered on a case-by-case basis, based on factors such as attendance, location, and engagement metrics.
- Monster Fight Club reserves the right to request payment for shipping fees, especially for international shipments.
- Monster Fight Club is not liable for any damages caused during transit.
Terms and Conditions
- Any discounts offered apply only to Monster Fight Club products purchased or provided directly from Monster Fight Club.
- Products acquired are intended solely for use in event or community-building settings and may not be resold or used for personal gain.
- Monster Fight Club reserves the right to amend, discontinue, or revoke access to the Fixer Program at any time
- Fixers are responsible for staying up to date on all rules, regulations, requirements, and related guidelines.
- Fixers are responsible for overseeing the proper use of Monster Fight Club products.
- This is a club program, not a volunteer program. Fixers are members of the club and are expected to adhere to its guidelines and standards while promoting and supporting MFC events.
- By participating in this program, Fixers acknowledge and accept full responsibility for these conditions.
The Legal Fine Print
Monster Fight Club’s Fixer Program is a voluntary club. By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Your participation in the Fixer Program is entirely voluntary. As a member, you are not an employee, contractor, agent, or legal representative of Monster Fight Club, LLC (MFC), its partners, affiliates, or subsidiaries. You hold no official title or position within MFC and are considered a “friend of the company,” voluntarily organizing game demos and events for your own enjoyment.
MFC is not liable for any harm, damage, or issues that may occur at your events. You accept full responsibility for your actions and any outcomes during these activities. As a Fixer, you are not covered by any of MFC’s insurance policies, including but not limited to general liability, business, health, workers’ compensation, or unemployment insurance. Additionally, since you are not an employee of MFC, you are not entitled to any form of compensation for your participation in the program.
From time to time, MFC may provide products to Fixer members to support events or as a gesture of appreciation for their involvement. These products are considered gifts and are not compensation for services or work performed. Participation in the Fixer Program does not guarantee you will receive these gifts.
Tournaments, demonstrations, and other organized play events must be held at the discretion of the venue, such as a store or convention.
Your involvement in the Fixer Program is not managed by MFC. You are free to leave the program at any time, and MFC reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, warning, or compensation.
By participating in the Fixer Program, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Note: All applicants must include links to their active social media profiles. This helps us better understand your community presence and engagement style.
Evaluation Period:
Applications will be reviewed, and successful candidates will be contacted with further instructions. Approved Fixers will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. Please note that the evaluation timeline may vary depending on the volume of applications received.
Orientation:
Selected Fixers will receive guidance, DLC materials for helping make game night announcements, and an overview of the program's expectations and opportunities. Selected Fixers will also be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement upon approval.
